Ventura Yachts Expands Its Presence in Spain with New Office in Madrid

Madrid, 14 November 2024 — Ventura Yachts is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Madrid, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued growth across Spain and Europe. Located at Calle Ayala 4, just a few blocks from the iconic Parque de El Retiro, the new office brings Ventura Yachts to the financial and cultural centre of Spain—an increasingly strategic hub for yacht buyers, investors, and industry partners.

For Ventura Yachts founding partner Kristofer Westermark, the expansion reflects the company’s long-standing philosophy: “Success breeds success.” From its earliest days, Ventura Yachts has grown by nurturing long-term relationships with clients who return as repeat buyers, progressing into larger models within the prestigious Ferretti Group portfolio.

Ventura Yachts’ history in Spain began with the opening of its original office in Puerto Banús, Marbella. As the company expanded, new offices were added across carefully selected coastal hotspots in mainland Spain and the Balearics to support a rapidly growing clientele. The opening of Ventura’s Mayfair office in London in 2003 marked a turning point, placing the company at the financial heart of Europe and triggering a period of exponential growth among high-net-worth yacht buyers.

The success of the London office was an important catalyst behind the decision to establish a permanent presence in Madrid. The capital has become a key meeting point for yacht owners and prospective buyers, many of whom manage their transactions from the city despite its inland location. By opening an office here, Ventura Yachts strengthens its ability to provide fast, personalised support to brokers and clients while expanding its reach within Spain’s most dynamic business hub.

The new Madrid office has been designed and fitted out by MC Interior Design by Mariola Candela, a boutique interior design studio renowned for creating exclusive, tailor-made spaces that balance luxury with Mediterranean warmth. The result is a sophisticated environment that reflects Ventura’s identity through meticulous attention to detail and contemporary elegance. “The outcome was perfection—well done Mariola and her team,” Westermark adds.
